The Labor & Employment Law Section of the King County Bar Association hosts meetings throughout the year. At minimum, the Section hosts the Annual Business Meeting in early summer and the Section's Annual Winter Event in January or February.  All KCBA Labor & Employment Law Section members are encouraged to participate in these meetings, which are typically informal and designed to foster discussion within the labor and employment bar, and also provide excellent CLE opportunities to Section members.

"Know Your Nuts and Bolts:  A Conversation with Judges Cartwright and Peterson"

Catch up with your fellow Section Members at what promises to be an outstanding CLE presentation.  The event will feature the Hon. Tiffany M. Cartwright, and the Hon. Michelle L. Peterson, U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington.  The judges will discuss the recent WAWD local rules changes, ESI protocols and resolving discovery disputes, magistrate judge consent procedures, and more.
