The PCLELC is developed each year by volunteers from the Labor & Employment Law Section of the King County Bar Association. Leading this year's efforts are Helen McFarland, Seyfarth Shaw, Chair, KCBA Labor & Employment Law Section, and Carson Phillips-Spotts, Schroeter Goldmark & Bender, Chair, Conference Planning Committee.

Meeting regularly beginning in the fall, attorneys representing management, plaintiffs and unions, as well as neutrals, collaborate to develop a top-notch program for practitioners and professionals within the labor and employment community.
