The PCLELC is developed each year by volunteers from the Labor & Employment Law Section of the King County Bar Association. 

Leading this year's efforts are Carson Phillips-Spotts, Schroeter Goldmark & Bender, Chair, KCBA Labor & Employment Law Section, 

and Andrew Moriarty, Perkins Coie LLP, Chair, Conference Planning Committee.

Meeting regularly beginning in the fall, attorneys representing management, plaintiffs and unions, as well as neutrals, 

collaborate to develop a top-notch program for practitioners and professionals within the labor and employment community.
