The PCLELC is developed each year by volunteers from the Labor & Employment Law Section of the King County Bar Association. 

Leading this year's efforts are Andrew Moriarty, Perkins Coie LLP, Chair, KCBA Labor & Employment Law Section, and Rachel Emens, HKM Employment Attorneys LLP, Chair, Conference Planning Committee.

Meeting regularly beginning in the fall, attorneys representing management, plaintiffs and unions, as well as neutrals, 

collaborate to develop a top-notch program for practitioners and professionals within the labor and employment community.
