New this year:  The PCLELC is committed to an inclusive conference and Labor & Employment Law section. Not all practicing Labor & Employment lawyers are able to pay the full cost for conference registration. Accordingly, a pilot program to offer registrations at a discounted rate of $300 per registrant on the basis of hardship will be offered this year.  The number of discounted registrations is limited to ensure the conference’s continued economic viability.

To apply for a hardship registration fee, please complete this form by March 22, 2023.

Any applicants who apply before the early bird deadline and are not offered discounted registration will still be welcome to register at the early bird price.

The Fine Print Sorry, no single-day or split registrations available. Standard registration fees include admission to all lectures, program materials, refreshment breaks and Thursday’s conference luncheon. KCBA Labor & Employment Law Section members receive a $20 registration discount.  

Refunds All refund requests must be received in writing (postmarked or emailed) by April 3rd, 2023. Refunds are subject to a $75 handling fee. 

No refunds will be made after April 3rd, but a substitute may be sent in place of a registered participant if Conference Registration is notified by email prior to the conference.
